When to contact UK Physical Plant Division (PPD)

For projects that include work other than telephones, data outlets, and internet/networking, customers will need to contact the UK Physical Plant Division (PPD) using the Facilities Work Request form on the myUK portal or by phone at 859-257-3844 for campus and 859-323-6281 for HealthCare. Examples of projects suited for PPD include (but are not limited to) drywall work, painting, moving furniture, installing electric receptacles, et cetera. PPD will contact ITS if there are items included that require ITS work.

Note: To submit a work request, use one of the following browsers: Chrome or FireFox.

1. Visit myUK.
2. Click Enterprise Service.
3. Click Facilities Management.
4. Click Create A New Work Request.

When to contact Information Technology Services (ITS)

If the request is for the installation of data, telephone, video/cable TV, network/internet cabling, or other technology-related services, contact ITS Customer Services at 859-218-HELP (4357) or by utilizing the Customer Services Assistance Request Form.
