Graduate School IT Support
ITS Customer Services provides the Graduate School with multiple options to contact customer services agents and work directly with them to resolve a computing issue that you are experiencing.
If you are from The Patterson School of Diplomacy you receive IT support from the College of Arts & Sciences IT support. You can contact A&S IT support two ways:
- Visit the College of Arts and Sciences Help Desk Form and submit a ticket. A valid linkblue username and password are required to use the help desk form.
- Fill out incident report on A&S Hive using these instructions:
- Visit Hive (Creative & Technical Services).
- Click Submit a Request.
- Click the Help Desk link found under Technical and Web Support.
Note: If you are a UK HealthCare employee, you can contact HealthCare IT by utilizing their self-service form by visiting https://serviceuknow.service-now.com/sp/. If you are not contacted by HCIT after submitting a request or a situation isn't resolved in a timely manner, you can also contact HealthCare IT by calling 859-323-8586.

Customer Services Assistance Request Form
You can fill out the Customer Services Assistance Request Form on behalf of yourself or someone else for a more streamlined way to submit general service requests. Please do not use this form for emergencies. See How do I use the Customer Services Assistance Request form? (KB0013267) for more.

To work with an agent utilizing chat, do the following:
- Open a browser and visit http://ukam.uky.edu.
- Click the chat icon in the lower right corner.
- An agent will respond shortly after you click the chat button.
- To assist with the issue, the agent might send you a link to do remote support so you can show the agent the problem.
