Why does my wired or wireless connection only allow access to specific websites?
If you cannot connect to any network resources like Internet or email, or if you can connect to some resources, but not others, please contact ITS Customer Services using the contact details below.
Provide the ITS Customer Services agent with the following details:
- Name
- Faculty, staff, or student linkblue ID
- Contact Name of the person with the issue, if different
- Contact Phone Number of the person with the issue, if different
- Location of issue, building and room number.
- IP address of the computer of the computer with the issue, if known.
- MAC Address of the computer with the issue, if known.
